New Movies Aggressively Promote the LGBT Zeitgeist

I have to admit that I like the Harry Potter movies. I enjoy their good vs. evil story lines and their amazing visual effects. I’m also aware of the not-so-subtle theme that witchcraft (and the power behind it) can be used for good. That lie has been introduced to our children through these movies and, without a doubt, opened the door for some to “dabble”, or worse, in the occult. Hence, it should come as no surprise that the new Harry Potter prequel, Fantastic Beasts 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald, reveals that the esteemed and beloved professor Dumbledore is gay.

Hollywood continues to portray all solid Christian ministry and counseling for people struggling with their gender and sexual identities as “conversion therapy”. Andy Comiskey, of Desert Stream Ministries, wrote a thoughtful blog about the message being delivered in the new movie, Boy Erased. While we have no reason to believe the story line isn’t true, Hollywood is using it to disparage all Christian ministry and counseling for those with unwanted same sex attractions and gender dysphoria. Taken a step further, Hollywood is using this movie to demonize the Christian faith, Bible believing Christians, the Bible and ultimately Christ himself.
